Daily life is a complex combination of habits, obligations, and indulgences. Among all the ordinary things consumers do each day—often without much thought—there are emotional, sensory, and experiential factors that affect their perspectives, choices, and behaviors. The Core Voice can be hardest to reveal and most rewarding when it is uncovered and heard in the context of these ordinary choices.

You will watch participants make discoveries about their routines—the things they do on autopilot and have never really explored. How do dads change diapers? How do young women decide which charities to support? Which specific kind of bad day is cured by a brownie, a bath, or a bike ride?

Often we use metaphorical approaches to help people tell their extraordinary stories about the ordinary experiences of daily life. Your team will feel what that experience is, understand the context and exceptions, and learn to leverage it to your company’s strategic advantage.
